| Kyousuke is literally what every brother should aim to be (minus the Alabama). Having the guts to stand up to the father like that for his sister's happiness was truly admirable; however, it was a bit unrealistic. Going up into your father's face and holding his collar like that surely would've deserved a whipping at least (probably what I would've gotten). I literally cringed at that moment --expecting a curb stomping-- when the father suddenly agreed to Kyousuke's demands. The father was so stoic and confident at one moment and then an understanding deep-down softie the next. Maybe it's because we didn't get a lot of the father's characterization that this change was a bit sudden to me. Other than that, it actually warms my heart that Kyousuke would do something so self-degrading, so altruistic for the sake of his little sister. He pretty much ruined his parent's confidence and image of him so that she could enjoy her life a bit more. On top of all that, he didn't expect anything in return: he was just satisfied that she was back to her normal self and that she was enjoying herself. Damn, what a great guy. All this was kinda ruined at the end when he lewded his sister though. |
| The father made some fair and valid points...but his attitude is still stuck a few decades behind the world. Sure, the rating (especially 18+) is there for a reason, but how many of us have never seen/played something rated above our age? A truely tolerant person would have let it lie until it possibly became a problem i.e. sudden drop in grades, lack of leaving the house, etc. Mad respect to Kyousuke though for lying through his teeth and claiming all the eroge belonged to him, followed by taking that punch to the face. Quite the stain on his family image to protect his younger sibling's interests. Still expect Kirino will sometimes treat him like dirt though :P |

| Continuing Kirino's daily life as a secret otaku Well she got discovered not like this wouldn't happen in the future but I hope she doesn't change drastically after this Kyousuke sacrificed himself for his Imouto dang and he got the respect that he got from Kirino. |
