| I always post links to MAL and anime.mikomi.org all the time on Facebook to share with my friends and what not. I want to suggest to MAL that we create a Facebook app (as well as a page) that would update to our profiles as we update our anime eps here on site. Example: we watch a Naruto ep and update one episode on our list, refresh the page and there it is. Once the update hits the server, it would automatically post a new link on your Facebook page that shows you just watched a Naruto ep! It would not only boost curiosity and fan-base, but would promote new users here (at the very least - added attention). I know it isn't easy and will require massive time to commit to, but the pay-out would be worth it in the end I believe. A good example of this is the Xbox 360 gamertag app: http://apps.facebook.com/xbox-live/?ref=bookmarks&count=0 It tracks people with the app online and auto updates whenever achievements are earned or when the user gets online. This is something MAL should invest in as well. Please consider it. Thanks in advance. |

| Please use the search function before you make threads. You should also read the rules of each board before you post in it. Searching Facebook would also give you results: MAL Updates FB App Xinil via MyAnimeList Updates @ FB said: ^ the Facebook app will be fixed soon.I want to update everyone on the status of the MAL Updates application. Facebook has disabled some API functionality (and didn't feel it was necessary to directly contact developers using the those API methods.) So I'm figuring out a work-around.
