| Gotta love all the people thinking this is some forward moving away from "pandering innocent moe crap in Osamu Tezuka style" because it's got hyper sexual fanservice girls in Dexter's Laboratory and Powerpuff Girls style. It's every bit as much of a so called "Guilty Pleasure" show as K-On!, if not more so. Hey, I'm liking the show too. But this kind of elitism that moeblob Slice of Life is the "pandering" that's keeping anime behind, but something like this, this is forward material and not just another of the more well made ecchi Comedy shows out there with unique Comedy and quirk is laughable. It's fun. It's not some kind of savior just because the girls are hypersexualized and not "innocent". Nor is the American leaning something to gawk at, where were all of y'all when the Stitch anime came out? Kaito Reinya is very similar, too. |
