As the title says, which episodes are fillers? I don't want to have to watch a whole arc being fillers like bleach or one piece

None of the episodes really constitute as filler.

Though you might want to substitute the two first episodes with Overture to a New War, as they cover the same stuff, but the movie does it generally better.

Other than that, no fillers whatsoever.

What they said, especially the part about substituting the first two episodes with Overture to a New War. You could also watch My Conquest is the Sea of Stars before that. Worked for me.

Fillers are made when an anime adaptation of a manga is getting too close to where a manga is, this is however an adaptation of a novel that was already fully released when they were making this show and therefor no need for fillers.

That episode is significant in showing what Prince Braunschweig is actually capable of. By killing Ovlesser, Braunschweig basically tell his subordinates that he's a king who will cruell kill them without any further thought when things go bad. Contributing such a big impact in the story is not what fillers do.

What's the point of putting filler in OVAs anyway ?

yea they dont have to follow a tight airing schedule (normally, i believe), unless we're talking about specials
