Anime News Network said: The wraparound jacket band on the 10th volume of Norio Sakai's Mitsudomoe manga has announced this month that a second season had been green-lit. Animator Satoshi Kubo...had indicated on his mixi social networking service account last Tuesday that Mitsudomoe will run for one kūru (one quarter of a year), go on hiatus for another kūru, and then run again for a second kūru.
