| Why didn't Misa help Light in episode 37? Since I've only watched from 1- 27, i decided to watch 37 because i grew irritated. I don't know the correct answer, but my guess is that Light was fooling around with other women at college? Do you fellas know? |

| She never knew about the meeting. And she also had no memory of ever being the second Kira, as her memory had again been removed when Light told her to send off the death note. She couldn't possible save her; or get there in time. His cry was a cry in vain, he just wanted someone to help in, and in the end, Ryuk was the one to end it by writing his name in the death note, just as agreed. Although; once Misa did learn of his death *in the manga* she committed suicide a year later I do believe. |

| At some point, Light thinks that it is too dangerous for Misa to have the Death Note, so he asks her to write down instructions and send those and the Death Note to Teru Mikami, another Kira supporter who becomes the new "Eyes." Therefore she loses her memories of ever being a Kira. And besides, Misa and Mogi were kidnapped by Near, and were returned earlier that day in a hotel that Misa takes a liking to, I believe. She wasn't even informed of the meeting anyways. Light just utters her name, like he does with Takada (who's already dead by that time) and Mikami-who was arrested some time ago, and even if he could break free he wouldn't help Light anyways-when Mikami is arrested and needs help from Light, Light denies knowing him. In the manga, Mikami flies into a rage and says that "You're not God!" and this causes Matsuda to theorize that Near wrote Mikami's name into the real Death Note and manipulated him to act that way. In the anime, he just showcases the reason why we are all thankful that anime physics =/= real life physics.) because of how desperate he is. |

And I'm not 100% sure, but I think [in the manga] Misa commited suicide after she had found out from Matsuda that Light was dead. |
