.... THEY'D BE FUCKING PROUD THAT HE KILLED A MASS MURDERER VILLAIN?`!?!?!?!

I swear, this anime's hero and his "no killing"-complex are super bad. He'd shed a tear for Hitler, too. The way he completely fails to grasp the concept that either the bad guy is killed OR you're allowing the bad guy to kill innocent people, is infuriating. It's so badly presented that I can only attribute it to bad writing, because no real person would be like that.

"Oh no, I can't kill this villain ... oops, he murdered one of my friends, but that's okay and I totally couldn't have prevented that." :/

Look, I understand that the author of Death Note goes for a bit of a mirror-situation with this anime, whereas Light killed people without regard, this guy doesn't enjoy killing. But there's a limit to how much you can refuse to kill. I wouldn't want to be this guy's friend.

If you haven't watched "Fantastic Children", don't talk about "best anime". Thank you.

i dropped it between around episode 10 and 16 because it's just boring, expected and garbage, but tbh the first episodes were pure peak writing and concepts.

Saying the show is good is one of the most outrages takes I've ever heard in my life. Sure, there are a FEW things enjoyable about it, and that's it. I personally thought the show, ESPECIALLY the ending, was trash. I will respect your opinion, though, since you have a shuichi and kaede pfp 🙏.
