I know this isn’t the focus of the series, but is there any romance later in the manga, or is it just goblin slaying all the way? Romantic development between minor characters also counts. Thanks in advance for your response!

I haven't read the manga, but I have read the first 15 volumes of the LN. There are hints of romance for some of the characters but not for Goblin Slayer.

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

I think it's more of a fake romance, I mean Goblin Slayer seems a bit careless about feelings :)) What seemed visible to me is the fact that there are some insignificant characters who, despite the popularity of Goblin Slayer, storm him with feelings. Onna and Musume seem the closest to him, in terms of feelings, now it will be the second part what love interests does Goblin Slayer have lol =]

I think they are leaning towards it, between orgbolg and the farm girl. So maybe in the future but not sure nothing seems to be going in that direction though.

Too many hints for Goblin Slayer and farm girl for it to come to fruition - she'll be childhood friendzoned like in all standard tropes...

think the high priestess will make a powerplay for him and will drag him.into bed some sexual healing.....

The source material is a light novel series. I believe the manga is quite far behind it at this point. I have read through volume 16 of the novel.

I will answer very vaguely below to avoid spoiling development with any particular girl.

There are mostly one sided developments, as in other characters make it pretty obvious they have feelings for him but he doesn’t really make it obvious to the reader what it means to him. I would say he seems to have caught on to at-least 2 girls in his life liking him and he hasn’t done anything to dissuade either of them. He has given several girls gifts and gone on dates.
