| Here I am, the guy who first complained about the filler lists found online being wrong. You should be fine if you follow this filler list + the episodes I pointed out as canon in this discussion from an older thread: - Hilda said: I am done reading the manga. Here is the list of what I think are Filler Episodes of Eyeshield 21 series: Eyeshield 21 Filler List: Episodes 16 22 27-28 45-46 51-54 (in episode 52, the part about Hashibara's team not being motivated is not filler material) 66 77-78 88-110 120-124 (in episode 123, the part about teaching the running technique is not filler material) 126 128 and we are done! :D YA-HA! - My reply: I can't believe how every single site reports this exact list of fillers, even though it has some glaring mistakes. Ep. 101 isn't filler at all (chapters 168-169). Half of ep. 106 isn't filler (chapter 170). Ep. 107 roughly corresponds to chapter 171. There's a lot of anime original content just to fill the 20 minutes timeslot, but it is important and it should never be labeled as filler. |
