I recently delved into the manhwa "Zombie no Afureta Sekai de Ore dake ga Osowarenai," which, to be honest, I found somewhat lacking, yet oddly compelling. It reminded me of my fondness for zombie-related content across books, movies, and games.

Now, I'm seeking recommendations with a sci-fi backdrop where characters battle against zombies, demons, aliens, or any other formidable foes. I crave that perfect blend of action and a hint of romance.

While not a necessity, I wouldn't mind if there's a touch of ecchi elements, as it can add an extra layer of excitement.

Strike the Blood maybe? The main guy's a vampire and fights with a group of girls against demons. Only one I watched that's sorta like what you're asking for, didn't watch it all, but that's the premise of the first half. It does have some nudity and get's a bit repetitive later though if you don't like those two things.
