So in this chapter otaku version of Yukana talks about random artist which she never talked about and in the same chapter we got introduced to a new character which is exactly the artist she was referring to for the first time in the series.

Very emaculate and smart storytelling.

At this point autor stopped pretending that he knows what he is doing and that he has direction of the story under control. He's just throwing shet at the wall and looks at what sticks. And it ain't stickin for a while. This whole college arc and characters are inferior to the og cast. People were mad that he was sideling Yukana, then he nodded at us with one chapter where Yukana told yunichi that he should be with her more(or something along those lines). After that chapter he went to draw an fan service chapter with other unimportant characters...

And now we have this again. Why not start another series with this thematic and let this one go on hiatus untill he figure out how to end it while it still can be salvaged.

Seems to me like he doesn't want to salvage it and is tired of always drawing the FMC and figuring the relationship stuff. So he just brute force new forgettable characters which are having echi misunderstandings with MMC. The joke is cheap and not funny after it's been told so many times.
