Tokyo Ghoul: re 1st season is underrated

Yeah the animation is shit, but overall it's on par with S1 for me
I know it's a hot take, I don't care
S2 of re was a rushed mess, and Root A is a just a non canon misunderstanding
I like the story, especially the story from CCG's point of view. And Haise is great

didnt think anyone else thought this but i agree. i dont think it was anything spectacular but i definitely dont think it was terrible. i enjoyed watching it. although I wouldn't put it on the same level as season 1 personally.

There's a reason Tokiyo Ghoul Fandom agrees on that anime adaptation is shit. After season 1 anime went original route. I also watched Re 1 and 2 even before season 1 and route A thanks to Netflix and I liked it. You should try Manga or at least Manga explanation videos to know the whole story.

Um.. if you've read the manga you'd know that teh whole anime is a piece of shit compared to manga, it's like a animated trailer for the manga and nothing else. First season of the first series is the only redemable one, even though it sucks compared ro manga because a lot of ahit is missing, it also has a cool intro.
