World Time Difference?

I didn't think about this until I rewatched the series today but do we know if time moves faster in Seilfall than it does on earth or do the gods pick where in the timeline to place the transferees?

I haven't read any of the LNs (on my list though), but I doubt there will be any information to confirm this unless for some reason a previous transferee recorded information about their life on earth, or he asks the gods but I don't see Ryoma asking about that

actually in episode 3 the gods say that there is a time gap of 200 years between the people they bring from earth, but on the same episode we learn that one of then brought a shotgun to this new world.
so yes, they can bring someone from ryomas time-line on earth, at least 200 years before ryomas time-line on the new world
