After watching three seasons of this absolute trainwreck I can conclude that Kazutora is the most normal "villain" in this show.... Just once can we get a character that wants to cause evil just because? Not because they made some stupid misunderstanding when they were a toddler and basic human logic eluded them since.

Then don't watch the anime if you wanna take a dump a fantastic series. You really are the worst type of anime fan, in all honesty. Don't like it, then don't watch it.

@GalacticWeiss12 Ah you edited your post. Initially, I thought you were just an insecure fanboy so I felt no need to reply. But now you're calling me "the worst type of anime fan"? For calling out a trend I've seen in every entry of this series? Also, way to throw stones from glass houses. If you don't like my post, don't comment, don't get butthurt that I'm just taking a "dump" because my thoughts on Tokyo Revengers are far worse than you could ever imagine.

@quietkun27 Kazutora is certainly batshit crazy but he's still normal when you compare him to Izana and Kisaki. Kisaki wanted to become the #1 hoodlum in Japan(lol) just because he heard Takemichy blabbering about it. He murdered and constantly terrorized people close to Hina and he did that all so that he could marry her? How is that not fucking insane? Btw, I'm not talking about the quality of the three antagonists, I'm purely talking about how eccentric(understatement of the century) they all are as characters.

I can't even remember Izana's motivations but I know he said something about Mikey not visting him in his foster home and that's one of the reasons he wanted to kill him lol. Kazutora had a traumatic event and it was like his brain created another personality for him to cope with the anguish of doing what he did. Quite realistic if you ask me.

In my honest opinion the villains in Tokyo Revengers are the good. I liked the show, I really loved the Ideia and concept. In terms os villains, only can talk about the mentality, because they are crazy, just Kisai is a little stable. The villains have always a past that change their mind, but that's not the worst you can get from an anime.
In my opinion, the must original villan is Taiju, but my favorite is the main antagonist, Kisai Tetta.
Just really want to know why do i see so hate in this series. I enjoy the story and the plot twist.
Ending this comment i just wanted to say that, you don't need to like the show and you can give your negative perspective, but don't be soo judgmental because it's not the anime for you ๐Ÿ˜Š.

@Tiago-dono Kisaki is crazier than everyone else lol. Did you watch the last episode and his backstory? At least the other main villains except Taiju had some kind of traumatic event happen to them that shaped who they became. Kisaki just wanted to get laid.

@CodeXdagger Always these Tokyo Revengers twerkers... Lacking reading comprehension. Blue Lock and One Piece both have batshit crazy villains/characters with traumatized backgrounds... but not in every fucking arc. Don't you see how formulaic and boring that is?

@samsince04 more boring to watch is imo a Anime where they search for over 1000 Episodes the "One Piece". Luffy doesnt know where it is or WHAT it is, even after 1000 Episodes he has no clue. Bro thats the most stupid shit Ive ever seen. Also: not a single important main character died even after over 1000 Episodes. Why would somebody like that? So there is no point that viillains exist, because they stood no chance against them, they are useless, they maybe fight but you still know that they get beaten and nothing really happens.

@TOKYOCITY

Ah yes as opposed to Tokyo Revengers which killed off its main villain with a literal meme... Or traumatized villain A dying in the first season and two seasons later, the writer tries to milk the same storyline(with identical events)with traumatized Villain B like no one would notice. I mean, people like you certainly didn't notice that Izana is just Kazutora but worse so I guess the author succeeded.

It is also hypocritical to call out One Piece for the "Villain loses" trope when it is evident in pretty much every "good vs bad" series including Tokyo Revengers. Not sure what you're trying to achieve here because you clearly don't know much about One Piece if you think that at every point in the series, the straw hats have been looking for the One Piece, that there haven't been overarching storylines, and arcs that overshadow the fact that the One Piece needs to be found resulting in the series having more than 1000 episodes and chapters, or that no important character dies.

Why would somebody like that?
Is that supposed to be a rhetorical question? I mean, I hate Tokyo Revengers to my very core, but I'm not going to pretend like they aren't mindless drones like you that interpret the crap that this show churns out as good writing making you a fan. Also a shocking statement to make when One Piece is very comfortably one of the most successful anime/manga series of all time. It's astonishing that you provided no counterarguments to anything I said about TR and just deflected in the most uneducated way possible.

At least you didn't disagree that Tokyo Revengers is painfully formulaic with the writing of its major villains so we're getting somewhere at least.

I swear, the antagonists here are so cartoonishly exaggerated and simply poorly written that the further they go, the funnier they become. I was dying of cringe and laughter during the last season when the glasses guy died because of
and when I found out why he became evil and wanted to kill Hina. Jesus, it was so bad....
There are a lot of crazy antagonists that are hard to understand, but at the same time they are well created and written. The author in this series cannot write good antagonists at all. They ar ejust stupid AND crazy. lol
