Where to start manga after anime

Anime adapted up until 69 chapters so you can start from chap 70.
I'm not Manga reader so I don't know how much cut content there was but the pacing was good imo because anime adapted 7 vol of manga which is usual pacing of any anime with 24 episode.
Well I'm going to read the manga now since there's only 5 vol left.
(If any manga reader is here then do tell if anime have skipped any important chapters.)

Nah, it didn't skip any important event. Start from chapter 71 if you wanna pick it up from the manga. Enjoy.

The poster above is technically right, the anime didn't skip any major story event, but in truth the anime didn't include a large number of extra chapters and bonus pages that develop and enrich not only the large cast of characters in this series but also Helck's world as a whole.
So I'd recommend reading Helck from volume one, you won't regret it at all.

There's only 5 volumes left? Seems a bit underwhelming, guess the series doesn't continue after we are done with this whole thing with the humans which is a bit disappointing... Thought this was just the start of a great story but I guess I had my hopes too high...
