Should I look up the weekly points, total points or the current predictive points to determine if the anime I aced last week got the most points or not?

How points are calculated this week shouldn't frieren have like over 150k points but it's showing just 107k?

I made Ragna crimson my Ace because it has highest points in third week but I I didn't receive my ACE points where canI complain about this??
