It doesn't annoy me nearly as much as a lot of other horny characters tbh (probably because she's actually really good friends with Misaka so it's not as creepy, and she knows when to be serious, and she's actually consistently useful compared to other series' horny guys)

I think she's actually a good and useful character beyond having the hots for Misaka which makes me like her even if sometimes she can definitely be too much (but when there's other series' with Minettas and Jiriyas that's pretty rare)

Pictured is from the filler, which I skipped all of (garbage).

Kuruko isn’t as obnoxious and over the top in the manga or Index light novels. I enjoy her character, but the filler takes the fan-service to extremes.

Her horniness is annoying, but the show uses it well. It is often used for comedic relief. Plus, Kuroko can be serious and thoughtful when she wants to be. She is an interesting character and plays an integral part in the show being Mikoto's first real friend.

I have only read until Index NT, not sure about Index GT. I find her hilarious when Touma appears in front of her.

I remember Kuroko freaking out when Mikoto brings Touma to Tokiwadai when robots are out hunting people. XD

It's only a few scenes which make it to a returning funny gag. If it was a lot more it would be annoying, but it is good as it is

Not really. Outside of being down bad for Misaka, she's a judgement officer who selflessly upholds law and order to the city. She's loyal and doesn't do the whole level discrimination thing. And as a fighter, she's easily one of the smartest and more creative espers in the series. Saying her horniness is her only trait is kind of a stretch.

Occasionally funny. Occasionally annoying when they overdo it (season 1 and filler). Don’t have a strong opinion either way. I prefer judgment kuroko though

Yeah I agree with you. They’re friends so it’s not too bad and when kuroko is being serious I actually really like her as a character

I usually can't stand characters like this but kuroko is fine. mostly because she's competent and serious when she needs to be, not just annoying all the time.

As someone said already, her horniness is funny and adds comic relief to the series.
Sometimes it's a bit exaggerated yeah and I can see why people don't like her, but she's a great character who knows how to fight and cares about others.

Even with Mikasa, even thought Kuroko is always acting like a horny demon, she really loves her and cares about her a lot.

I admit she used to disgust me at first, but over time I started to like this aspect of her and now it doesn't bother me that much lol

I adore Kuroko! She's hilarious.
There's something about the voice that is great as well.

I kinda wish she was a bit more serious though.
Either, less horny and honest in a straight candid manner, or... I don't know.
I'm curious about what a moment of her actually confessing and asking to date would be like, I guess.
