I do like the abstract presentation of how challenging that whole proposing a relationship contrary to heteronormative standards process can be.

I like how the story is essentially based on fishing techniques and apparatus of our planet, but warped and adapted to space; it's surprising interesting :) So far, the good feeling that I initially had about this series has been proven correct.
