This anime was going well upto season 1 last ,but then The MC is being overrated so much for Chisurou and that's the point of this anime worse in Season 2-3

i don't know why all of you hate mami, but in my point of view, she is good girl because even tho kazuya is fucking thrash she gave him a chance and dated for some time, but like for example chizuru, even tho kazuya helped her and risked his life to save her she didn't even have feelings, man understand, all of you hate her because she broke at the beginning but she is best , kazuya was trash and a pervert only thinks about sex and stuff that's why she broke up.

Mami first because she seems to want to mess up kazuya's life, Ruka last because she wants to try so hard for that sack of garbage. Tbh I wish this show was just about Chizuru and the other girls and kazuya was just a side character to hate every once in a while.

What concept did you base your ranking on?

Talking about characteristics and personality I’d rank them
1. Sumi (She’s sweet, sky, and innocent. She’s only a rental girlfriend to improve her confidence.)
2. Chizuru (She’s only in the rental business to benefit herself financially, and improve her acting abilities, no harm in that. She may be a bit selfish, but she’s still kind.)
3. Ruka (She doesn’t know how to control herself around a guy that’s doing his best to maintain his self control. She’s not innocent, and was probably just in the rental business to find a match for herself, and she is now obsessing over the guy she found to be her match, even though he’s clearly obsessing over a different girl himself.)
4. Mini (I’ve only seen 2 episodes of this season so far, so I can’t judge her character yet)
5. Mami (She’s judgmental of others, and kicks Kaguya down to the curb even though he’s already down in the dumps because of her. She judges Chizuru for being manipulative even though she’s made it clear that she dissociates herself from her rental girlfriend persona, and only sees Kaguya as a client.)

Putting myself into the roll of Kazuya, this is the ranking for who I’d want to date if I was him.
1. Ruka (She actually has feelings for me.)
2. Mini (I’d be down to get to know her more and see if there’s any chemistry.)
3. Chizuru (She’s a rental girlfriend, so forming a relationship with her seems unprofessional.)
4. Sumi (The unprofessional reason yet again, plus she’s just way too innocent, she reminds me of a child.)
5. Mami (Not going back to an ex.)

I’m not going to rank based off of attractiveness because this is an anime and I’d say they’re all designed fairly equal in the looks department.

Lol, well if I'm going to eat out of the trash can that is MAL and anime, I might as well eat out of it.

1. Mami—the only truly reasonable person in the show. Carried the best parts of the drama for two seasons.
2. Ruka—the second most reasonable person in the show. Being batshit insane and obsessive is pretty normal.
3. Mini—monomaniacal plot accelerant. Her dedication is real.
4. Chizuru's grandmother—a reasonable grandmother.
5. Kazuya's grandmother—was she the one who was conniving in the first season? I don't remember. This is also understandable behavior.
6. Every other female character that has appeared—being in the background is also reasonable.
7. Sumi—nonexistent harem contrivance. Whatever.
8. Chizuru—fake, hypocritical, and immature manipulator, instrumentalizing human relationships for bourgeois capital; artificially inflated with skills and beauty, but Commisar Mami is not deceived.
