Who opened the door at the end of the episode?

Just finished the OVA. I assume most of it was anime only and not cannon. I was just wondering if anyone knows who that was beginning to open the door to the club room at the end of the episode.

I haven’t read the LN but i’m assuming just a random student

You missed the point it didn’t matter who it was, it is a random student who wants help from them and they would offer their assistance.

It's irrelevant. It was just used to convey, that club activities continue forward.

Also about the anime-LN differences;

No date with Yuigahama. She does invite him, but he refuses it. Then Yuigahama asks her to walk her home. Hikigaya hesitates and decides to let Yukinoshita know about it via mail and then wait for a response. This mailing stuff actually has a lot of pages of content and it's from both perspectives. Well Yukinoshita doesn't object and Hikigaya walks Yuigahama home. The aquarium stuff is anime-exclusive but the final dialogue does happen. The only difference in there is Hikigaya doesn't even consider hugging Yuigahama back. He is surprised first, but then holds her shoulders and slowly/gently peels her away.
As for the parts anime skipped, well the mailing stuff with Yukinoshita as I've mentioned above.
Ebina-Hayama-Hikigaya trio interaction with Tomioka as I've written above (This is in the first chapter).
After the train ride with Yukinoshita, they arrive earlier than expected. So Hikigaya and Yukinoshita go to a cafe and have a small date. Hikigaya and Yukinoshita exchange contact info and Hikigaya starts using LINE.
Komachi has a lot of monologues in her mind, most of which are omitted in anime.
The dinner with Yukinoshita family is actually longer but main stuff was actually shown. What should've been included is the part about Yukinoshita's perspective. That night Yukinoshita goes through a lot of internal suffering. She isn't simply angry with Hikigaya's attitude, she holds herself responsible as well.
Shin stories have 6 chapters. Anime goes up to chapter 4 with the changes I've listed in here. There are no scenes from chapter 5 or 6.
Chapters 5 and 6 include;
Tomioka's visit to Service club and the class gathering I've written above.
Some Hikigaya harem stuff. Isshiki and Yuigahama talk about menicure and use it to flirt with Hikigaya. Something Yukinoshita doesn't do. She then decides to do it for him the following day.
3rd years have an outing event. They go to Disney Land. Hikigaya and Yukinoshita want to go together but neither of them know how to invite the other. Ends up with a LINE chat. A lot of content and its from both perspectives again.
Both of them stick with their classmates first, then seperate from the group. Hikigaya can't do it subtly thanks to Hayama and Tomioka, it's obvious what he is up to.
Rest of it is Hikigaya and Yukinoshita flirting in Disney Land. Doing "stupid couple" stuff and enjoying it.

There is actually enough stuff left for 1 more OVA. I do hope they decide to do it as well.
