for both seasons there arent actually 16 episodes.
this show is an anthology series featuring 4 mini-plots per episode with each episode being around 25-30 minutes long
there are 4 episodes per season.
That is all.

@Polnarefferu sadly, he hasn't replied to dms as of now. Also, the following four episodes are considered the second season, and you can find the RAWS on internet archive or nyaa.
