So are they ever going to make a sequel? I'm curious if she's going to fix her computer, or if she'll make another one and this time remember the screw. The ending for season one was kind of left open-ended, and the character development was a little lacking. I mean, I suppose Nanami is a bit full of herself, building a computer that has a picture of herself on the covering, but she seemed rather considerate, helping customers know step-by-step how to put the computer together and all. And this may just be me, but did anyone else notice the Nanami x Chief hints of the first episode? If they do make another season, I wonder if they'll be advertising Windows 7 more. I mean, like Code Geass's Pizza Hut ads, it might get a little old after a while. At any rate, I hope they at least explain Nanami's eyes. Could they hold some kind of power? Or is she suffering some kind of disease? She's quite strong-willed, to be so positive despite her (perhaps) fatal illness. We do know she's at the stage of the illness where her memory begins failure (note that she's forgotten multiple times now to place the last screw in the casing). She's impressively determined to hold a job despite her predicament -- makes me wonder what drove her to this point. Perhaps she has to support her sick mother, who can't work because she's bed-ridden in a later state of the same illness. We at least know that Nanami has a great love for animals, especially koalas. Maybe next season we'll see her visit the zoo? This presents an interesting dichotomy of her character, given that at the same time she's into computers so much, and especially touch-screen technology. It'll be exciting to see where this series goes next.

I heard it was KyoAni, so it'll be the same thing as this, for 7 more seasons.

I heard SHAFT will be handling the series, which means sudden extreme close-ups and blank screens.

Fuck dude, if Gonzo really did do it and release it on DVD I'd buy it. Nanami is one fine piece of eye candy.

*Dear lord I'm laughing way too hard right now.

Fatal illness FTW. Does that mean episode two will be full of necrophilia? Sweet!

But it's a deconstruction of genre so I don't know if making sequel has sense.
