Hi, i'm looking for an anime where main character is assassin and have have a job to kill someone's inportant person kid. This kid are in the most securited kindergarten and female teacher fighting this assassin.

I don't know any anime with this description, I think the closest would be Spy x Family.

Now if you consider manga too, this is literally the plot of the first chapters of Youchien Wars.
