I was shocked by the complete disrespect for the law of the main cast. Over the course of like 5 days, those high schoolers racked up a criminal record that would see them locked away in prison for decades at least. I've observed a number of federal and common state-level crimes committed in this movie:

1)      Willful Retention of National Defense Information
2)      Theft of Trade Secrets
3)      Unauthorized Access of Protected Computer Systems
4)      Destruction of Federal Property
5)      Destruction of Public Property
6)      Destruction of an Energy Facility
7)      Domestic Terrorism
8)      Reckless Endangerment
9)      Computer Vandalism
10)   Identity theft
11)   Trespassing
12)   Stalking
13)   Breaking and Entering
14)   Assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees

I don't believe you. Can you give us timestamps to every crime that you mentioned?

Not OP but as someone who spent almost a year handling classified documents at army camp I have to say that violations stick out a lot. You don't even have to pay much attention.
They stick out so much in fact that it has kinda ruined my enjoyment of some films. The recent netflix film Troll is an example.

Actually since I've also watched the movie... I can verify the fact that it has alot of Law Violations... & since the Charecters in Action are mostly Minor it matters in such cases🤷‍♂️ but it didn't bothered me a bit.

I've watched it too, but I was interested how committed he is.
I didn't really care about the crimes in it. Most of these crimes have already been committed at least once by someone from my government.

At least half of these were committed by the AI, and arguably the "worst" ones at that, not the kids, which is the companies sole responsibility. Hence when they are discussing why they got off scott free, it's mentioned that the company wants it to be kept quiet themselves.

This was one of the main aspects of why I didn't like the movie.

The worst thing is that it's true, they did a lot of shit and without any punishment, the film takes place in the country where I live and I didn't even notice haha.
