I read quite a few, it just depends on the day of the week and if there are any new chapters.
At the moment I'm focusing on reading Natsume Arata no Kekkon up to the most recent chapter.

Frieren: Beyond Journeys End. A nice story following an elf after the heros adventure is over. A nice take on the classics.

Tales of Reincarnation in Maydare: This World's Worst Witch I'm not usually into this type of story but this one truly stands out above the others.

Magus of the Library Probably the highest quality manga I have ever read, it's never going to fucking be finished tho.
