Difference between crunchyroll releases and bundled DVD releases?

I watched the whole series and it sounds like the audio they use are a bit different and weird when I first watched on fansubs sites, and on crunchyroll. Can someone spot the difference.

The only difference b/w DVD/Blu-ray and CR is better audio. That’s literally it. You can even add CR subtitles into the DVD or Blu-ray release and they’d sync perfectly well.
