You can watch it here The plane engine one was nice and something you would expect to see in Final Destination. Also lol @ toiletgator and toilion and drowning in a chocolate fouintain. It was fine for a 7min parody. The spin they put on it matches Lisa's character and global warming is more relevant than ever. However, it would've been funnier to see recurring characters die. Like Apu gets killed for selling veggie stuff with meat in it and Krusty for supporting animal cruelty with his Krusty Burger fast food chain. |

| It was awful imo, I dunno why so many people have praised it. For starters, it's too short so it just felt like the writers had to jam a ton of Death Note references into 7 minutes and overall it was really clumsy. Then there's the fact that it's The Simpsons in 2022, which means it wasn't funny. I didn't even crack a smile ffs. Yes it was an accurate homage but the fact that it felt more like a respectful tribute than a comical parody was a waste. Also I dunno why they waited 15 years after the franchise peaked in order to do this. And worst of all it was Lisa-centric, which added to it feeling bland. |
