Honestly i enjoyed Garlic Jr for its filler and thought it was fun, i must be the only that prefer it to other arcs like pilaf,fortune teller baba and especially Resurrection F.

If we’re talking about Super’s adaptation I agree. Otherwise, Resurrection F’s movie is superior

Well yes, if you're talking about Super's adaptation to the movie which was ehhh well terrible but if you're talking about the movie then hahaha sorry to say but you're clearly mistaken.

This is a trick question. The resurrection F movie is leagues above Dead Zone movie. But if you're looking at the DBZ garlic Jr filler arc vs Supers resurrection F arc, then I would vote Garlic Jr arc. That was so well done and one of the best old anime fillers.
resurrection f arc was a big decline animation wise compared to the movie.
