No I didn’t. The only anime I cried during were the end of guilty crown, Anohana, plastic memories, and violet evergarden

This movie didn't made me cry too, but was heartwarming. I'll suggest you to watch Angel Beats if you haven't already.

Why did y’all cry to this? What am I missing? This isn’t a Clannad: After Story,Your lie in April, or Anohana so why did you cry and I didn’t? What about this 10/10 movie made y’all cry because I really enjoyed this movie but I’m genuinely curious which parts or what about this made y’all cry? It was only an hour so I had to miss something right what was it?

No guarantee they’ll make you cry but Try…

Clannad and Clannad after story: get through the first season and you’ll understand later, this shit hurts (if you stick with it long enough and give it a actual try vs finding one thing you don’t like and dropping it, you may enjoy it a lot)

Kanon 2006: no this isn’t a re-skinned Clannad but (arguably) better….i think, watch this long enough and you may or may not cry but you’ll definitely feel something or maybe feelings is a tough concept for you ):)

Angel beats; you’ll feel something but there is a strong chance you won’t cry but you will enjoy this most definitely, it’s pretty good, that’s for sure.


Anohana: shed a tear at least you demon of human being, this one’s a banger although from my pov it starts off slow but what else is new (:(


Your lie in April: April won’t hit the same after this one otherwise you’re heartless :( you’ll enjoy this until you don’t. (Not because it’s bad or anything like that but because emotions or something like that)

Little busters: I mentioned, clannad and kanon so I might as well mention this one, won’t make you cry but it’s worth the watch.

I’m sure there are more sad anime but these are what come to mind for me although some are sadder than others.

No I never cry over a piece of media especially animation so it’s hard for me to get overly sad over it. In addition I’m a guy and it’s not acceptable to cry unless your mother is in pain/death here.

No. This movie is so overrated. Ending felt really really corny and the animation carried the film overall. Only sad part that made me feel actually angry was the start when they bullied her

Sorry but u cried at the end of guilty crown?? The rest I can see why but if I remember correctly the last couple episodes of guilty crown were nothing special, in fact, I remember it more or less ruining the entire show.

i didn't but it is very difficult for me to cry. doesn't mean i don't get overcome by sadness, but i didn't shed tears for this one.

that being said, the anime i DID shed tears for was towards the ending of maquia. the flashbacks really sent me, damn.

No, I've never cried to animes that are supposedly really sad. Everything people have suggested to me, I haven't cried to. But the thing is I WANT to, sounds weird I know. I want to watch something that will literally rip my heart out. I'm down for suggestions any has please

It’s been a while since I watched this but I believe I did shed a tear but not like actual crying, this is gonna sound weird but I do want to cry when watching these sad titles cuz I get really emotional when watching them yet I just can’t cry (the only time I did properly cry when watching an anime was when I watched Angel Beats and I Want to Eat Your Pancreas)
