Monogatari Series: First Season
| What do you guys think of Hajime Ueda’s work in the series? Personally I love his character designs and they remind me of creepy children books like Coraline https://i.imgur.com/ExB23gw_d.webp?maxwidth=640&shape=thumb&fidelity=medium The link above is a great example and if anyone knows where to find a better quality version please do link it as I do want to use it as a wallpaper. I also really like all the ones on this Twitter post: https://mobile.twitter.com/araraginn/status/1204118819322527744 They could really make for some good wallpapers if you guys wanna use them. |

The artwork is immaculate. Thanks for letting me know who the artist is! Personally, I prefer VOFAN'S rich designs over Ueda's, but I still like his work with the OP for Onimonogatari and ZokuOwari (If I'm not mistaken), and that's not even mentioning the EDs (which I belive he worked on practically all of them). Loved the Neko Kuro art especially. |

| yeah ueda's works have become a staple of the series for me, it would almost feel weird to see an ED without it here's that first image in 1080p btw |
