| This will forever be one of my favorite anime of all time. Though the fanservice can get in the way sometimes, I loved the interactions between Marin and Gojo and their friendship along with the Inui sisters. Can’t wait for season two ! |

| Every slice of life's classic episode: the one with a festival - such a great opportunity to see our main characters in really nice outfits, especially Marin in a yukata! Finally, Gojo-kun's feelings came to light and things are definitely on track for Kitagawa-san and him to become a happy couple in no time. It's a little underwhelming we won't get to see that "officially" take place since this anime will most likely end with this first season, but I'm glad it hasn't been left in some sort of cliffhanger. All in all, this has been a lovely ride in which the two main characters have brought out the best of each other selflessly, as one can see in that beautiful final scene where they compile some of the best moments of the show. I am going to miss it! :") |

| it kinda just ended. there is a second season in the works and the way this was done its clear they intended on having multiple season but still it just ended. no peak, no final big thing, no confession (technically, he was asleep and probably didnt hear it). in the end i liked this show more than i thought i would. i really liked the romance aspect though its really slow.  |

| This anime was nice, but for a show called "My Dress Up Darling" it had a lot of really bad outfits. Marin doesn't seem to give a shit when she chooses her own outfits, compared to the passion she displays for cosplay outfits. Even the best outfit she chose all season featured a pair of converse and when she finally took them off, she had ugly scam socks on. :( This sort of view on fashion isn't uncommon for people in the real world. Loving feminine outfits, but not on themselves. Still I'd think Marin would have the confidence to wear what she wants. At least in anime, Converse don't make your feet look longer. So the only real issue is my personal hate for them, and also maybe that dumb white part on the toe which makes no sense. Still knowing that IRL she'd look like she has clown feet, just channels my hate for those shoes even here. |
