It says it has 146 chapters but i could not even find even one chapter
If it really is available pls tell me where to find it.

From what I know, the manga is cancelled. I think it means English wise.

Read the LN.

The 146 Chapters are from the Light Novel , which is licensed in English by Yen Press.
The Manga only has 6 chapters , which were fan-translated on MangaDex.
