Not essential a romance, and it's not adapted yet either, but "Spy x Family" is getting an anime adaptation soon, most likely during spring season this year. It constantly reminded me of Kaguya-sama while reading it, the jokes and punchlines are very similar, plus the romance we have is similar too, but the romance is more a subplot than anything else, so it isn't the focus of the show. I can recommend giving this show a try once the first few episodes are out.

An anime currently airing I think it's called something something reincarnated into a fantasy knockout is somewhat similar. Two characters don't want to say that they are attracted to the other.

I would say go and watch toradora! It’s got the same comedic aspect to it while so keeping the romance and suspense. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something similar

well if you like these tsundere characters slowly Fallin in love i.e S1 of kaguya check out toradora , it's funny and have its string pulling moments , if you liked tht I wanna make her confess part then check out masamune kun no Revenge , and if you liked the wholesumness of S2 will they won't they type check out Kimi no tode, and i would like to recommend you mine 2nd fav golden times.

definitely "science fell in love, so I tried to prove it" don't judge this anime by its title

fruits basket, bunny girl senpai, reLife, kokoro connect , anohana, your lie in April for romance and drama

horimiya , the pet girl of sankurasou , toradora , my teen romantic comedy snafu , karakai joizou no takagi san, quintessential quintuplets, maid sama , lovely complex tsuki ga kirei for wholesome romance.

There's good recs here but let me tell some harem where the mc is not idiot but chad and a menace too sometimes, he knows what's going on , doesn't fluster like quintessential.... allright here's three off the top of my head;

The fruit of grisaia
