Bojji's Age

So this has been bugging me for a while, but I'm pretty confused about Bojji's age. He's older than Daida, who would be around 14, ig (correct me if I'm wrong). So it won't be wrong to assume that Bojji is around 16. Although he can't grow physically, but I think he also behaves like a 9 year old. So help me out here

Daida looks like he's a preteen/early teen. Around 12 or 13. Bojji must be older than him by 2 or 3 years.

We remember that Bojji is cursed - His strength and physical growth are capped. If not I assume he'd grow to be as big as his parents in their flashback, at least.

As for his behavior, I'd say it looks that way because he's had a hard time communicating + the Naive-Pure Shonen Protag Character trait, combined. We can see him thinking and communicating seriously in episode 3, for example - when he wants to go on a journey, and debating with the Queen through sign.

I guess now that people know that Bojji can read lips + there's Kage around there's not really any need for sign language, but i kinda miss it. The author in an interview said that the deafness is not a primary theme he's focusing on for the story, and I get that.

I read somewhere in an article that said he’s 13-14, so I personally consider him to be 14, and Daida to be about 11-12 since he’s a few years younger.

Bojji is definitely underdeveloped mentally, but this is likely because they didn't educate him in any traditional sense. I am only guessing, but they probably figured that it was impossible, due to their inability to communicate with him. If he'd been educated, he would be like a God Mode Despa
