I just was wondering, are Eldians and Subjects of Ymir practically undifferentiable after 2000 years of miscegenation?. And does this have any effect in titans power?

PD: Can anyone confirm Zeke's dead? I like him but surviving that will annoy me a bit since it was a 240m titan transformation in melee. Avoid any spoilers please, just yes/no.

Zeke is alive. Eren sent him in the paths dimension right before he transformed into Founding Titan.
As for the first question, I think its a plot hole.

If you mean differentiating them from other races, is mentioned in a flashback of chapter 123 that there are blood tests to determine if someone is Eldian.
While in the case if all Ymir's subjects would have to have royal blood (necessary to activate the powers of the Founding Titan) is kinda a plothole, not sure if it was officially explained.

There is no official explanation for the first question, but there are multiple theories on the internet. Here is a theory that I think is the truest:
Ymir had 3 daughters. One of them inherited the founder after Ymir died. The one who inherited the founder is the ancestor to all of the royal blooded eldians we see today. The 2 other daughters who didn’t inherit the founder by the other forms, are the ancestors to all the subjects of Ymir that aren’t of royal blood, (eldians) that we see today.

it isn't a plothole, tho I see where you're coming from cuz this and many other small details are left for the audience to decide. So, Ymir had 3 kids, and each of them got 3 titans, they also had kids and so on, eventually there were 9 families, with 9 different titans. So the most powerful one was the ft and I think they decided it between themselves that the family that has the ft in possession is the true royal family from now on and then the wielder ordered Ymir to lock it's usability for only that family. And THIS bloodline actually is the one that was preserved by insect. Anyways I don't really remember the term "pure royal blood" used in aot, and that's probably how it works, meaning no matter how thin the royal bloodline is in a person, doesn't really matter. The person just has to have a connection to the royal family no matter how far and small

Well keep in mind, The 1st King’s Will was for the numbers of subjects of Ymir to increase so the original eldians did breed with them throughout the years until everyone was basically a subject of Ymir. But let’s say some original eldians didn’t breed with the subjects of Ymir but chose to stay in the eldian empire. That would mean that those original eldians are the nobles of Paradis whom the King offered high status and riches , so they wouldn’t release the truth about the world to the other subjects of Ymir. Officially It doesn’t have an answer, but by being logical you can come to the conclusion that the original pure eldians don’t exist anymore, all of them breed with subjects of Ymir.
