(all my information about the show is from here. I know 'ugh Wikipedia' the show is also watchable here).

Beywheelz is an animated show
Directed by: Naoki Hishikawa
Produced by: Mamiko Aoki
Written by: Katsumi Hasegawa & Masashi Kubota
Music by: Hiroki Matsuoka
Licensed by: Nelvana
Studio: SynergySP

This would make the show (it technically has 2 sequels so here it would be 3 shows) perfectly eligible for MAL, at least as far as the Guidelines are concerned, however, while this show came out in multiple countries including Germany, France, the Netherlands and Canada, it sadly didn't come out in Japan and afaik it isn't planned to. The Guidelines technically mention such a thing, BUT it is worded as such:
What anime entries are not allowed?
* Shows not intended for the Japanese/Korean/Chinese market. For example, when a Japanese studio is involved in the production of the show for the American release.
However, we can't say for certain that the show wasn't intended for the Japanese market, since there is a Japanese Dub and the show is on Bilibili with it.
(source: https://lostmediawiki.com/BeyWheelz:_Powered_by_Beyblade_(found_unreleased_Japanese_dub_of_anime_series;_2012))

So the big question is: Is a show required to be released in Japan to count as an anime?

Since this show might be accepted lets add everything important for the first season:

Name: BeyWheelz

Alternative Titles
Japanese: ベイウイールズ
English: BeyWheelz

Synopsys
BeyWheelz takes place in the futuristic city called Destection, where Sho is the champion of the BEYWHEELZ World Tournament. He uses a Pegasus BeyWheelz Bey. This peaceful city is home to exciting and challenging battles between friends and allies until suddenly the city is attacked by an evil BEYWHEELZ army called the Dominators.
