Theme of Self-Worth and Identity?

Just finished watching Season 4 and wanting thoughts!

Does anyone else think that the theme of Identity and Worth is explored in this season?
I feel that it is explored fairly well in the characters of Ton, Kabai and Haida, but I'm not sure. Namely, Ton with

, Kabai with

and Haida with

.

and other (side) characters like Aggretsuko

, Fenneko with

and Ookami with

I haven't really gone too deep into this rabbit hole, but idk, any thoughts?

Thematically this season had a lot of great ideas, but in my opinion they could have been delivered a lot better.
