Where I can watch this subbed?

All the sites I have checked only have it up until episode 8 out of 12. It has been this way for many months, did the fan subbers just give up on it?

Unable to find myself.

Probably will take time and sometimes even a few months.
Also, read a new season has already concluded so maybe someone will continue subbing soon.

Well, I ended up just watching the last 4 episodes raw on bilibili, but I don't know any Chinese, so hopefully someday the rest will be translated.
