Also to make sure OP doesn't watch the wrong episodes, it's 135-139 with international numbering, but with Japanese numbering it is 128-129 (129 is a two hour special).

The summary would be enough, but it's more about learning how these characters act. When he's already interested in the movie, he might as well go the extra mile to check out what the franchise has to offer. Investing time in Conan is 100% worth it btw, lol.
