Why Overflow doesn't appear in the official app?

Hi guys, I was looking for Overflow in the official app and I can't fin it even in the browser, maybe this kind of series aren't allowed or maybe there are filters. I don't know but maybe some of you know why this happen.

I believe if you are using an apple phone they block anything R18 on the app.
