Which one should I watch, the 2001 Shaman King or the 2021 Shaman King?

I am a huge fan battle shounen anime, so I was looking through mal and found shaman king. I checked the synopsis and it sounded right up in my ally. But that's when I realised that there was a remake/reboot (not sure which one) made this year. So I just wanna know which is the version I should be watching. Thanks in advance.

You should watch only remake ( Shaman King 2021)
Old Shaman King separated from the manga after 25 episodes. This will be full manga adaptation. First 12 episodes are basically the introduction to the story. So, from episode 13 it gets much better. There's 17 episodes so far. Next episode will come out on August 12. Because of the Olympics. This is the anime with absolutely best antagonist ever. He inspired Madara, Pain, Meruem, Tsukasa, antagonist from the Jujutsu Kaisen (i forgot the name) and many others. Story is one of the best and its unique. So please, if you start watching it, tell me here how you like it. I would like to know your opinion 😄 You should know one thing. This is not like Naruto, Bleach, Jujutsu Kaisen or something likr that. Here you don't have Zetsu to explains everything to you. If you know what I mean... So you must understand characters and the story alone. Main character is different than the others. You'll see soon. Shaman King is just different than the others. It will soon come to the great part, and I can't wait for that😄😄

Both, the thing is the remake is really fast pace and you can't really get to know the characters as good as the older version, i'll say try first the old one until the start of the shaman tournament (You Will know once they are in America) and then pick up the remake since it will adapt the manga.

Watch the classics, because there's a reason they become classics
