i think a reboot would be better, too much censorship and the animation wasn't good, now the could do a way better adaptation, the story is amazing and also the biopunk style, i really wish sometime we could get something more from this

Yes,the Manga is really good. The Anime is Bad adapted some Important characters are Not even in the Anime. DW needs a reboot i bet for it

Definitely a reboot but anime didn’t give that much disservice to the manga compared to BLAME!.

Too much censorship? Man, after hearing all that heinous shit that Minatsuki said during her fight with Ganta, I can't imagine what a less censored version of this would be like lol... just curious, if I wasn't a huge fan of the anime, is it still worth checking out the manga? I've heard the manga is way better and I thought the anime was interesting at times but I just didn't think it was very well done.

I’d love a reboot. If they got the pacing right this time it could be fantastic because it’s really an interesting story. Moreso than all this redundant “school for magical kids” and “underdog kid goes on uplifting magical quest” bs anyway.

ABSOLUTELY! i love this anime, but i think it's continued in the manga, im not much of a manga reader because i tend to lose touch or focus with it, so id definitely want a season 2 for the anime

I read the manga where the anime left off, and I really like both! It'd probably be worth it if you wanted to continue the story to pick up on the manga from there, it picks up at around chapter 23 - and it's pretty short, there's only 58 chapters in total, so that's nice too. Unfortunately it's said that why it never got a second season is because the studio that was animating it has gone bankrupt and so the studio that had rights to animate it isn't around anymore :( I would've loved to see a second season, but the manga is good and I was happy to at least finish it in manga format ^^

A reboot could be better. I read the manga years ago and one character that is important is missing but i don't remember why

Yes because the manga was so much better than the series. So much was missing from the manga and it would be amazing to get season 2 but who knows if we'll ever get one.

I bought the DVD even that is censored. It's impossible to watch subtitles because the word they beep out makes a beep sound and it says "beep". Makes no sense why they made it so horrible
