| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Even though I love this I hate it just the same. Sho will forget Namae but he will not forget her and now instead of killing he will treasure the people he loves. I wonder what Saki was referring to when she said that the world would end when Namae will stop being half dead, I guess that means that Namae will have to live like this, although my theory is that Namae will be able to have emotions until a more powerful magician is born than he and can replace the existence of Namae in the world. Either way it seems unfair to me that Namae's happiness has been taken away. I would have opted for the clichés: A. Sho forgets him but years later they meet and remembers him. B. Namae loses his powers and can forgot everything or that live as a human but with Sho by his side either way. I know I shouldn't have expected so much from a short story but I felt so sad when I read the manga. |
