demon slayer was pretty basic in terms of strategies

I'll recomment you gintama it have a great sword fights with zero to no asspulles but yeah keep this in mind that it's a comedy anime with serious arcs in between comic eps

Railgun and accelrator have a pretty good powersystem and fights, but you got to watch index as well which dosen't have that great of fights.

Kingdom especially the current season 3- the anime is full battle shonen, arcs after arcs are focus in politics and wars. Lots of strategies. It's historical setting tho so not much power
