Even though I’m a manga reader but I might have looked over this but I’m getting the vibes that Naoto is kind of a tsundere, a different kind of tsundere or maybe has the traits of one but not the personality, what do y’all think?

Easy dismiss. They don’t even know who’s Naoto and do their opinion doesn’t matter. Naoto is a Dandere. At least for now he is.

i dont think naoto is tsundere he is more like easy going person he just accepts what it is. That's good but he also needs to be considered...that's why nagatoro tried to pull him out of his comfort zone

No, I don't think that Naoto is tsundere. He doesn't like Nagatoro and her friends in the start to such degree that starts to cry, there is no affection or interest like with tsundere. Also how he tried to avoid their company in cafeteria, despite being invited to join them, while tsundere will say something like "it's not like I wanted to eat with you" or something and eagerly join them. He gradually warms up to Nagatoro, but still dislikes her friends, it was showed in anime how he says them that Nagatoro isn't here, so they will leave him alone, and also anime shows his dislike face and reaction when they come into art club room. But closer to the end he indeed warms up to them too. In my opinion this is not a usual tsundere's behavior.

I believe the term you're looking for is a "sub," as in he's submissive, and a part of him likes being dominated.
