Jojo or Demon Slayer?

What should I watch first?

Two of my friends insisted I've to watch them. One strongly suggest Jojo and the other is Demon Slayer. I plan to watch both of them but which one is better in your opinion?

Jojo is better.
But you should watch Demon Slayer first, it has only 26 ep + 1 movie, while Jojo has around 150 ep.

Imo, Jojo's is so overrated I got bored of it right on the first episode. The whole superpower thing just dosen't make sense and the story to me is just mediocre. I suggest you watch Demon Slayer instead. But give both a try and see which you like better.

Start with Demon Slayer. It's shorter and a relatively easy watch. I think Jojo is better since I enjoyed it a lot more.

lol JoJo is far better than DS, though the 1st part of Jojo is boring so just bear with it.

Watch JoJo (2012) and Stardust Crusaders first, then Demon Slayer, then JoJo Diamond is Unbreakable and Golden Wind for more dynamic experiences :)

Personally, I didn't found DS that exciting.. the anime had good animation but besides that, not the characters nor the plot is anything remotely new or different in any way, cant see the massive hype behind it. It was o-kay.

JJBA from the other hand? I enjoyed it so much, from the characters, the fights. So I'd suggest JJ over DS hands down.

demon slayer is shorter so start with that one i guess... remember no part skipping with jojo's

Demon slayer has great animation and good fights, but that's about all it has going for it.

If you watch jojos the order to watch in is jojo's 2012, stardust crusaders, stardust crusaders season 2, diamond is unbreakable and then golden wind.

With jojo's what makes it great is hard to explain because it's complicated. There's a lot of things that make it great from the characters, the quotes, the characters have to use a lot of strategy to win fights and almost die, it's bizarre, it's horror, it's adventure, it's comedy, it's basically everything mixed into 1 anime. It's rewarding when you see an anime that is just so unique and different from everything else that is out and jojo's is one of those anime that likes to be different from the rest. The story isn't actually that great, but each part does have a different story and different genre in each part chances are if you don't like 1 part you'll like another part instead. There is great character development too. You also have all the funny memes and references that come with being a jojo's fan online and that is cool to see all the other jojo's fans kind of unite together as not many other fandoms are like the jojo's fandom. If you like anime where the characters actually have to use their brains in order to win fights rather than just power up, then jojo's is the anime for you.

Araki Hirohiko's Jojo's Bizarre Adventure takes the cake here.

No offense to Demon Slayer. But your manga is very rushed and just a full fledge battle royale with barely any character development.

Well there is some but those are for the [spoiler]upper moon demons[./spoiler] I care for them more than any other characters lol.

But anyways, JJBA is just consistently good and gets better at each part.

Part 7 is a masterpiece.

They a vastly different anime's so it really depends on your taste.
I personally could never really get into JoJo, But Demon Slayer was pretty good :)

Both have it's merits but I would suggest Demon Slayer as it's shorter. The animation is top notch.

I personally love JoJo's, it's my fav. anime. Buut, it's not for everyone or it's an acquired taste. If u want the "safest" option, I'd go for DS, which in my opinion, it's really good, but very overhyped (I did not say overrated). But if u really want a full on "adventure", JoJo's worth it. It could be dragging at first but ooooh man, once u finish, you'll want MORE!
