The title says all, what are the factors that lead LN's to have an anime adaptation.
「――卿ら、私を失望させるな」

「私はすべてを愛している。ゆえにすべてを破壊する」

「総てを全力で愛したい」

yeah, pretty much this. also, it has to be adaptable into an anime, some LN's just wouldn't work well as anime.

Popularity in Japan is the only thing that matters for any single thing to get an adaptation, nothing else.

I don't think there has to be any factors, because the majority of those anime adaptations are only made to promote the light novel, therefore they only make one season as a simple promotion (you know, a big 4 hours ad). But in some cases the anime got so popular that they keep adapting the story even though it was never planed to.

An example of this would be Konosuba, the first season has episodes where new characters interact as if they already were knwon by the protagonists and the viewers... but they just didn't adapt those parts of the story because it was never intended to be a full on adaptation.

Popularity, sales, and being an isekai.
How am I supposed to decide what to write, I can't choose an anime to watch to save my life, you think I can pick a signature?

Popularity, sales, if it can be properly adapted into an anime and if the author wants an anime

Whether a LN gets an anime adaptation or not is independent of if it already has an manga adaptation really.

It literally all depends on what series the LN publishers want to advertise there isn't a set in stone sales goal or criteria that everyone uses.
