It's pretty crazy how well Naoya's plan goes—luring and unmasking "God" Hajime, keeping the top members of the faculty in check, and ultimately taking over the school. I'm guessing he put together his plan during the period of time he's absent from school. While he may be a rapist, he's certainly not an idiot. He's so damn good looking too (though I preferred him without long hair). It's pretty clear the author decided to go with a bad ending since the bad guy wins. The whole story feels like it's just people blackmailing each other though. Maybe it makes sense the person with the most dirt on everyone comes out on top.

It's too bad nobody got punished for their crimes. Maybe that would've happened if Hajime had gone to the police instead of taking matters into his own hands. I hope everyone realizes Hajime is far from being a decent person. Ignoring the hell he puts Kozue through, his motive for trying to save Sakura is winning her affections (and he consequently feels like her white knight at times). If Hajime didn't use Kozue as a means to an end and didn't want anything from Sakura, only then could we consider him a decent person.
