They are aired right before the movie so you will be able to watch this when the movie releases, actually there is also the possibility they are a Japan exclusive for the moment so don't discard that another scenario is until the BD release.

Does anyone know why there are 4 total episodes listed? I only saw what I would consider to be one episode in theaters.

Edit: Okay nevermind it seems like they're changing the short before the movie every week. Interesting strategy to encourage repeat viewers...

Its okay and really worthy enough to be watched. I got some backstory over Marulk dreams. His first met with Ozen just, heart-warming, right? His situations on the Abyss really gave me a nostalgic. Especially with that building structure at the upside down hanging forest xD The special shoping together with Nat, just so special to me too. Ozen stalked their walk just made me laughed for a couple of minutes. Once again, its really gave me a nostalgic feeling, even if its had a different time in like 4 months, already feel old. Lol.
9/10 for this special.

I dont know if you are looking for the episodes still but there are all 4 on bilibili just type marulk chan no nichijou bilibili and all 4 should show
