| I was wondering about the general population. It was hard enough to accept that the Rookie Killer killed a cop and then continued his rampage undisturbed. But, it looks like there are "some" things in place to disperse people who aren't involved. Though, I still don't think that explains the 1-on-1 battles up until this point. I'm mostly disappointed Kaname is a conventional pacifist MC. I'm not saying he needs to go around killing everyone who challenges him, but he was incredibly naïve to have a machine gun pointed at him thinking he could parlay for his life. At least make an effort to disable your opponent, shoot a leg, arm, or hand... something. The upcoming Florist battle shows more promise, slowly this show seems to be winning me over. |
